Good books on health/nutrition
Hey forum, I was wondering if anyone has any good books they recommend on health and/or nutrition?
We share a lot of good information here in the forum and on links and I'm always interested in reading new things to expand my knowledge.
Here are a few that I've read in the past couple years, that have really had a profound effect:
Saturated Fat May Safe Your Life - Bruce Fife
Deep Nutrition - Catherine Shanahan
Good Calories, Bad Calories
Why We Get Fat? - Gary Taubes
Generative Energy - Ray Peat
All of these books had very interesting and useful information. Deep Nutrition is the most recent one I read and there's some awesome stuff in there.
Please add any books of your own to this list that you think are worth checking out. Thanks!

Eat Stop Eat
The stubborn Fat Solution.
Very informative and fun to read.
I also highly recommend "the way of the superior man".
