Hey guys i want try a new form of Maca root because i dont really like taking it powder forms. Its not a taste that i like very much, so i was wondering if anyone takes it a capsule form and if so is it as potent as the powder form?

you can take capsules but go for whole maca, not extract

try to take at least 3g per day

youngbalder - The difference betwen PL and PM is one has miroestrol and the other one does not. Both have some hormonal like effects, but PM is considerably stronger.

P Lobata is used for neck tension and is marketed a lot to help reduce alcohol consumption.
