Regrowing my hair

Been stimulating my scalp for a few months but still my scalp was inflamed so i was loosing my hair. Was taking Curcumin, resveratrol, Multivitamins and it was not helping me and dropped it. But then i started taking 8 mg astaxanthin and 6000iu vitamin d3 and boom no inflammation and my hair is regrowing nicely.

good news!
Because astaxanthin raises testosterone, I found it wasn't helpful.
D3 is key.

What kind of hair loss?
If androgenetic, Starting norwood status?

High amount of D3 vitamin is it safe without adding K2 vitamin too?

High D3 also need cofactors (chromiums and borons and vitamin A) imo.
Glad to hear your getting results!
I sometimes wonder if people on this forum are getting good exercise too since I find this to be an essential part of my regime/life/keeping thing balanced.

you can use that following tips for healthy hair
1. Maintain a healthy diet
Eat eggs/meat/ fruits/vegetables/etc
2. Keep it trimmed
3-Massage the scalp
It helps the circulation going on your head
4. Don’t wash your hair every day
5. Comb after wash it - Dont Brush it
