Hey IH, how do these compare to the Swanson's product? Two of these a day sound good?

Joejoebaggins - Two per day would be perfect.

Thanks IH!

I probably should share a little bit of my success, but I have noticed the most improvement I've ever had specifically combatting acetaldehyde production.

NAC
Riboflavin 5-Phosphate
Niacinamide
Pantethine
Theanine
Selenium
Molybdenum

These have drastically reduced sebum and hair loss that I now know was from candida (because of heavy metals). Still chelating every 3 days of the week. Seem to be cruising making some good progress. For the first time I'm extremely optimistic.

It seems a lot of B-vits stir up candida! I can't take B6, B1, or B12. They seem to make everything a lot worse!

Joe, why do you think vitamin b exascerbates sebum production? I also gauge my progress by my bodies sebum production... as my skin clear up my hair fares much better also.

I have a hypothesis, for myself at least, supps that "boosted" the immune system gave me gnarly dandruff and increased loss. Once I stopped these supps, started chelating the metals, and dropped offensive carbohydrates entirely, I knew I had a chance against candida. I had to test each B-vit individually multiple times to make sure I wasn't crazy.

amazing that you were able to narrow it down. With all the supps i am taking its hard to gauge which supps are contributing to what. But like you said cutting down on carbs is definitely something to which i can attribute many positives. Its as if diet alone can cut down on inflammation more than any supp.
