Supplement Timing Empty Supplement Timing

I was wondering... Does it matter when we take our supplements or how we group them?

Obviously we need to factor with meals, the vitamin C being 2 hours away from food and metal detox being taken on it's own.

Do any of the other supplements work against each other if taken together?

Thanks.

Perfect timing on this thread.

If vitamin C is to be taken alone away from food wouldn't that be a good pairing with the Metal cleanse pre bedtime?

Yes, every supplement has own mechanism of work and also unique digestion. Sometimes just eating it can do more harm than good. I suggest you to explore it 1by1. For some is better if taken together with the others, for some not. Also water/fat solution is worth looking into to increase absorbtion rate, and not upseting stomach while taking it is also needed to be explored, imo. What do you take?

For vitamin C - avoid taking it with meat-specially red due super increased absorbtion of iron. You also dont want to take it prior workout.

Has there been any further updates on the timing of taking supplements?

I take the Vit C and Immune Boost before bed.

I take Curcumin, Resveratrol and Quercetin at dinner time.

All the other IH supplements, I balance between breakfast and lunch.

Is this ok?
