Something I discovered about meal timing
For the past few weeks I had been eating dinner later than usual and going to bed within 15 min of eating. I began to notice my scalp itching a lot, especially near the nape and my shedding doubled within days. For the past year I had cut out almost all sugar and only eating 2-3 slices of bread and 4-5 rice cakes per week - other than vegetables, I ate no other carbs or sugar. This made a big difference as far as reducing shedding and itching so I was surprised that my hair could be affected simply by eating late and going to bed immediately after. Hopefully this info can help others.

I think timing, frequency, and serving size are often overlooked when formulating a healthy diet.
