The Natural: You are telling me to be careful? It is obvious you are the one who need to be
careful to get treatment for your personality disorder.

The Natural - I decided to go for curcumin, I also want to give resveratrol a try. Which brands do you recommend ? I searched resveratrol on Iherb and the prices are different for each brand. Also, is resveratrol safe ? Any sides I should know about ? What is the recommended dosage for curcumin and resveratrol, in the description of resveratrol it says 1 capsule per day and in Cs's regimen page, it says 2 capsules per day for curcumin.

thanks.

Nuada,

I think adding curcumin to your regimen is a smart idea. ImmortalHair and cpio have provided a lot of good information about this herb. Resveratrol is an herb that works synergistically with curcumin to improve the effect of both. I use Jarrow's curcumin and resveratrol without any side effects.

A poster named GoodThings found another good resveratrol by Country Life, Resveratrol Plus, with a lot of nice additions (pine park, grape seed). I'd like to try this one too, after I finish my last bottle of Jarrow's: http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=7394&at=0

The Jarrow's bottles for both resveratrol and curcumin state, "take 1 - 2 capsules a day."

With respect to the curcumin, LEF's cost is higher due to its ability, through a patent pending process, to be absorbed at a greater level than other curcumin products.

And as to resveratrol, LEF's contains other things, including quercetin to improve its bioavailability.
