Strange bumps on scalp

For the past 3-4 years, I have noticed three small pimple like bumps on the vertex of my scalp. They don't itch, burn or hurt. I visited a number of dermatologists and none of them could diagnose these bumps (only conclusion I got was that it's not psoriasis or fungal), one of them even told me that they can surgically remove them but I was reluctant to do so. After reading a bunch of threads in this forum, new hope has sprung in dealing with these bumps. I am looking at trying out nano silver and copper applied topically to see if it yields any results. Anyone's thoughts are appreciated.

skin tags?

They are not skin tags. They don't hang but I can feel them when I run my hand across my scalp sort like an insect bite would feel. Also, when I do inversions and brush my scalp, they become engorged with blood.

sounds like dermatitis, my advice would be to make an appointment with your local dermatologist as soon as possible
I waited far to long to do this and as result my condition has caused issues on my scalp for years
the condition is curable so don't worry
