Started Jarrow EPS probiotic - worsening irritable bowel?
Hi everyone.
I finally decided to start taking a good probiotic. I´ve been suffering from irritable bowel for many years.
Following CS´s recommendations, I started taking Jarrow EPS probiotic once daily at morning two weeks ago. Strangely, I have to go more often to the bathroom, and stools are much softer since I started.
What should I do?
Thanks

hairze - This effect is temporary. In fact, this was my initial experience when I first started using it. It will likely normalize soon.
However, it is a good idea in general to try different probiotics, some will cause the opposite effect, which is not quite as good.
