Apple Polyphenols have shown to be beneficial in hair growth as a topical. Is this because its best absorbed into the system transdermally or because it just targets the area in which you apply it? What about as an internal? I like the sound of some of these ingredients (don't know anything about Theobroma cacao L. though):

NewReg - Theobroma cacao is a constituent of cocoa flavinoids and is probably the best ingredient in the formula.
As a standalone, apple polyphenols has been limited in terms of topical and internal. I say this having tried both along with reports of many others.
