What happened yesterday?
...I would like to "remember" this. But it's really difficult.
What did I have for lunch? What project did me and my colleagues talk about? What did I do three days ago?
- Nothing, zero, nil. Blue screen.
I'm somewhat concerned about my memory. Some kind of brain fog? I feel that this is a process beginning many years ago.
When I get reminded by some one or by something, I'm able to reconnect and starts to remember most things surrounding
that particular event, but otherwise I'm loosing ground.
What can I supplement with in order to try to turn things around?
I hope I remember to check out this thread again

Re: What happened yesterday?
AFAIK the best things for memory are things that improve circulation in the brain. General nutrition will of course help too.
I would be amazed if lots of omega 3 (like fish oil), ginkgo biloba and perhaps green smoothies or good multivitamins or spirulina don't help

If you're worried about memory, would try this above all else.
