I recieved a clump of grains together the size of a finger nail. Put them in a glass jar and poured milk over. This morning the milk was thicker and there was large deposits of stuff across the bottom of the jar. And it smells perculiar but good. The small grains are already gained considerable in size. All of the stuff is milky white.

Sorta sounds like my buddy's experiment using spores to grow shrooms... Wink

I'm interested in doing this at some point though for sure.

and, damn! This stuff is delicious .. I use fullfat cows milk. It gets too sour if left fermenting for too long though. You can make it on coconut, even on water with some dried fruits.
