Gelatin allergy Empty Gelatin allergy

My doctor told me to get off anything with gelatin as he thought it was pretty common for it cause an allergic reaction. I was pretty surprised to hear this. Any thoughts on the validity of his claims?

hair grower - I've only heard of Gelatin allergy connections to asthma and vaccines.

I think most allergies lead to asthma, which is why allergists test lungs first, then blood for immune response. Perhaps one of the best things you can do for your health is avoid allergies. Often chronic immune deficiencies (colds) are actually allergies. I have been addressing this as of late with an allergist and can attest to the difference.
