ANOTHER ORDER TO BE MADE

Hello to everyone, its that time where i have to make another order.

A couple of questions id like to ask, i have noticed when i take B-100 tablets my urine is quite a darker color, is this something to be worried about?

I am really starting to think that i suffer from Leaky Gut and that is why i am not responding to the vitamins i take, could this be true and what vitamins should i take to rectify this problem?

Below is what i have added for my order, i feel this is not enough, is there anything i am missing and anything that i can be cut out?

the darker yellow colour is due to the metabolite of B3 excreted in the urine as far as i rememeber.
I believe there is no reason to worry about.

When you say you are "not responding", what exactly do you mean? You don't see any benefits or you are not processing the supplements correctly?

The reason i suspect i suffer from Leaky Gut Syndrome is that i never gain weight and feel as though i am not responding to any vitamins i take.

Now i am looking at the different types of Magnesium, not exactly sure what to order as there are so many variants. Any ideas?
