Vitamin D3 not vaccination gives flu immunity
Hi Friends, The topic of vaccine vs nutrition has long been a debate and for too long the industry biased common wisdom has been getting all of the press and professional lip service. The next shoe to drop is that female cancers are also largely a vitamin D and iodine deficiency outcome... I have some research to that end, but lets have a look at a more common issue, the flu.

The gist of facts:
According to the findings from a 2010 study that didn't get any widespread attention, vitamin D is a highly effective way to avoid influenza.
In fact, children taking low doses of Vitamin D3 were shown to be 42 percent less likely to come down with the flu.
---
Why not the vaccine:
So, despite the fact that 15 of the 36 studies included were biased by industry interests, they still couldn't come up with evidence supporting the conventional claim that flu vaccines are the best and most effective prevention available against the flu.
The Cochrane Database Review has also issued two reports each on the effectiveness of flu vaccines on infants and the elderly, and all four reviews had negative findings!
----
The why not the vaccine didn't mention the serious negative outcomes from vaccination reactions that do occur and get glossed over. Another topic for a later read. This shoe will drop at some point as well!
Bottom line, eat nutritious and high quality food and for some nutrients we need to supplement. Vitamin D3 (D3 not D2), K2+K3, B complex especially B-12 (oral spray), minerals especially iodine (iodoral).
BTW another line of reading is on the value of the vitamin K complex benefits on heart and health in general. Google: vitamin k benefits
