There is no real benefit to cycling, with exception to one area of Ecklonia cava, however it's not as relevant to hair loss.
In some users, when first using Ecklonia Cava, it will have a very relaxing effect in the evening. This is caused by an increase in trans-cranial blood flow and an increase in alpha waves and perhaps the increase in growth hormone via the pituitary. The natural feedback loop will kick in and the effects of this relaxing quality will not be as apparent as it was in the beginning. Cycling it may result in a more frequent effect, however, the primary benefits of Ecklonia Cava have more to do with its antimicrobial, anti-fibrinogenic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. That said, there's no real benefit to cycling it, especially for hair loss.
As for resveratrol, there is no benefit to cycling it.

Re: Cycling Supplements
When I tried to do the whole IH regimen I found it funny that when supplements ran out and different supplements arrived(also from IH regimen) that my hair loss would still be halted even though none of the original supplements were used.CausticSymmetry wrote:

This tells me that hairloss can be reduced with many methods and it's simply a question of when you reach the "red spot" where hairloss stops.
