instantaneous reaction to GABA

as soon as i take some GABA, i feel something in between of a itch and a goose bump all over my skin and some kind of sensation going through my muscles, especially biceps, forearms, thighs, lower legs and neck.
it's not annoying, but what exactly is that and how possibly does it happen so quickly after ingestion??? O_O
