iherb returns? any experience?

any experience? I suppose I can trust them to credit/refund me the right number of bottles just as when they actually put the real stuff (as opposed to... bricks) in the package they ship to me... but I have never done an online return in my life so I am kind of scared...
btw, what's the cheapest way to ship the return package to them from within the US?

I've had some issues with them (only minor stuff) and they have always been helpful and willing to compensate etc, so I have nothing negative to say about their customer support.
