So..I've put together an experimental water drink consisting on the following active ingredients:

Siberian ginseng
Organic MSM
Polyphenols powder
Schisandraceae fruit
Roseroot extract (Sedum roseum)
Goji berries

What do you guys think? Correct me if I'm wrong but this drink probably contains too much anti-oxidants and to little of the rest, but this is mainly an experiment. It needs further balance and also two issues needs to be resolved:

1. The #¤%&/(¤#"¤## taste needs to be decreased Smile
2. The powder is really sucking up air and gets foamy, I really don't like this. How do one mix without this effect?
3. Adding more "health" to it. Parsley anyone? Very Happy

What is the 'goal' of the drink?

Main goal is to experiment in order to create drinkable nutrient drinks during the day. The content now gives increased strength and mental clarity + boosting hair growth and adding anti-oxidants. But as I said, I'm just playing around..my main concern is how to avoid the formation of foam and also the pretty nasty taste.

ack!

You might as well mix MSM with the juice from cabbages. Very Happy I am not sure MSM was ever made to be placed in an "enjoyable" drink. At least that is my experience. I usually just down MSM as fast as possible, whether it is in water or via the bullets.

Here is my morning drink that accomplishes what you are looking for, I think.

1 heaping TBS of Vitamineral green
1 TBS Rice bran solubles
1 TBS Maca
1 TBS Spirulina
1 TBS Hemp
1/2 tsp Camu Camu
Handful of Goji berries
1/3 cup of any fruit

I take this for my MSM:

Here is some info on vitamineral green:

OK - I like this thread.

My (current) morning drink is:

1 - scoop Boku Superfood
3 grams Maca powder
1 - scoop of Sproutein
Splash of lemon juice
Teaspoon of ACV

The ACV doesn't taste very good but if I throw some Cinammon in, the drink tastes ok. I've found that Cinammon can pretty much drown out any nasty taste.

BOKU SUPERFOOD

SPROUTEIN

How does the Vitamineral Green compare to the Boku Superfood?

Boku is an excellent greens choice and is much more palatable than vitamineral green. That being said it does not necessarily stack up against vitamineral green. I was initially hesitant to switch because Boku is a great product and fit my budget better, but I am glad I did switch as vitamineral improved my focus, clarity and stamina even further. I also have a difficult time fitting sea veggies into my diet on a regular basis so that was another reason.

Thanks. I am going to give the Vitamineral Green a try.

Can we know for sure that the Vitamineral Green is as legit as acclaimed? I mean, producing such product with top quality ingredients with 0% toxication sounds a bit complex. Either the site nor the webshop emits signals of success. I might be mistaken 100% here, the product sounds very promising.

Misirlou,

You would have to visit the facility and speak with his suppliers, so I can definitely understand your point. A lot of raw food guru's use his products (J. Sheridan) to obtain optimal health so that was a huge selling point for me. Either way like with a lot of things you sort of have to try it.
