Would it be terribly wrong if I crushed all of the top 6 products in my table grinder and then took it in one move?
And one more question, is it really important to take K2 with D3?

Misirlou - That should work out just fine.
It's not important to take K2 with D3, but they are both fat soluble vitamins so it helps but not neccesary.

Misirlou - Yes, preferably since anything that contains fat or oils will assist with this absorption.
