CS and others, is MegaFood, DailyFoods, One Daily, Iron Free the best multivitamin recommendation?

i am comparing your recommendation to Nature's Plus Souce of Life Gold multi.

which do you prefer or recommend? if you prefer megafood can you tell me why as nature's plus might has more beneficial ingredients to it. thank you.

jackorama - Mega Foods isn't better than Nature's plus version, but value wise isn't bad.

you're right, value wise megafood is better... as with nature's plus the depletion period is quite quick... i take mini tabs. 6 tabs per day and it has 180, so for only 30 days worth... expensive but it has almost all of the supplements you require but in smaller amounts... thats the only reason i take it.

i've been using your decalcify for magnesium supplementation and for zinc, etc. its pretty nice.
