competing vitamins? what if there was a different delivery mechanism?

i think we all would greatly benefit from large doses of B5 and Biotin.

problem is: they compete for absorption in the guts.

is it possible to bypass the guts? i think going E.V. or nebulizing them into the lungs so that they go directly in the blood stream would be too cumbersome, but maybe we could apply them both topically?

would B5 and Biotin still compete for absorption when applied topically?

any other idea?

Here in South America you can walk in to any pharmacy and get up to 25,000 mcg of B1, B6 and B12 injected into your butt cheek. I did 10,000 mcg a few weeks ago and immediately began urinating red/orange, which makes me think most of it got flushed down the toilet. It cost the US$ equivalent of about $9, including the needle and the girl to jab it in.

i think it maybe be better less and more often, like once a day?
