32 minutes in so far, this guy is a great listen, but do you feel he's leaving much out?

Might revoke that statement in the next hour of course, haha.

this is awesome! really gives one hope that we can get rid of our food intolerences!

but how do we ensure that we get the full spectrum of gut bacteria? fermenting foods won't do it?

^ I suspect that in the next ten years with the massive knowledge being piled regarding the gut, we'll end up having recolonization "clinics" out there with newer ways of fermenting and culturing the bacteria that we really need, not just the ones that are helpful.
