Cell Food product?

Came across this on Iherb. Anyone know anything about this product and what it does? It looks interesting. Does it have anti-cancer properties since its introducing oxygen into the body?

I've used Cell Food in the past; it's expensive, and didn't seem to do anything for me. Not to say it's worthless, but I wouldn't bother again.
