Question about colostrum Empty Question about colostrum

Post  theseeker86 Sat Jun 11, 2011 8:50 pm

I've been looking up information about colostrum and all the health claims that go with it because of how it contains all these growth factors such as IGF-1 but for every health claim about it i see another claim that the growth hormones won't have any effect on you at all because when taken orally the body breaks them down before they get absorbed and the only way to get the effect from them is via injection directly into the blood? Is that true?

I was thinking about adding some to my regime and see if i react positively to it or not.

theseeker86 - If you take it, try it on an empty stomach before going to bed.

If you sleep pretty well, that maybe evidence that it is being utilized.
