FredtheBelgian - I'm going to post some newer research showing that only 50% of people can convert pro-vitamin A into fully functional Vitamin A that they need. That said, it would be a good idea to incorporate some animal based Vitamin A or retinyl palmitate in supplements.
Regarding chlorella, one source I read contains just over 50,000 IU per 100 grams.
