Hi all,

As some of you may know I have had a tough time over the last 12 - 18 months, health wise. But over the last 7 months I have gained over 20lbs of muscle, healed kidney yang deficiency, generally feel way less stressed and grown back a lot of hair - in almost all the places I want. So even though I have not posted for a while, I thought I might share some things that worked and were successfu for me in hope they may help others:-

The good:-

# 1 - Moved to a pristine environment, no city, not much traffic, no farming, no industry - not oerfect, but pretty darn clean
# 2 - Eat raw green food - almost every day at least one bunch of dandelions or kale or collard greens - or combo thereof & raw red food - red pepper at least one almost every day...
# 3 - Steam non oxalate veggies - cabbage, onions, broccoli, collard
# 4 - CUT OUT all cooked oil.
# 5 - Adaptogens, esp Panax Ginseng, Rhodiola, Astragalus, etc etc
# 6 - Reflexology - HUGE, just HUGE
# 7 - Acupuncture - I almost now think you can;t really recover without this, unless you do Tai Chi or Qi Gong
# 8 - Supplements - I take most of Immortal;'s top 6 when i can afford it, but also take a lot of others besides. Action Reaction & JDP;'s stuff on chelation is brilliant. I go so far as to say if you are not chelaing, you will not succeed
# 9 - Laser Helmet, but I have found it becomes less important as you eat better and better, but I respect not many move to the top of a mountain and eat raw veggies
# 10 - Cortisol Training - read Dr Michael Colgan's work. He is a genius. He walks his talk. At age well over 70 he is still in better shape than almost anyone I have ever met. He put it simply - train twice a day in the gym at peak cortisol times. Oh, and he still has ALL his hair. And I mean, all...!
# 11 - C Herb. Look it up. Amazing stuff
# 12 - special supps - Jarrow time release NAC, Aged Garlic, Jarrow Toxguard, Humifulvate, Vitamin E8, Ortho mind, Biotin, RECOVERY - only thing with MG ascoarbate in it. GET IT!!!
# 13 - Sea Buckthron oil - thanks Scalp skin lady
# 14 - Sea Buckthron oil shampoo -
# 15 - Aubrey's Organic Aloe TOPICALLY for scalp itch (amazing!)
# 16 - And... listening to U2 :-)
# 17 - Handstand pressups EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes dozens of them
# 18 - Every single day do decline bench press and decline overhead presses with free weights to force blood flow into the head and scalp at high pressure
# 19 - Coconut Pulp
# 20 - Green vegetable juices
# 21 - Avoiding sugar
# 22 - MEDITATION, MEDITATION, MEDITATION
and sleeping with the window open no matter how cold it got this winter....

The bad - these are what set me back and did NOT work for me:_

# 1 - Stress, smile it's a great dayto die - now, do your best, do your duty... Way better strategy than stress
# 2 - Stayed in hotel for more than one night
# 3 - Avoiding cheesecake completely
# 4 - Sugar
# 5 - Grains
# 6 - ALCOHOL
# 7 - Spending time with people you just don trust
# 8 - Polysorbate (one of the worst things I did, I know others like it, but...)
# 9 - Not having electricity ir heat at times. Different kind of stress, but it will screw you
# 10 - Loneliness

OK< hopes that helps some of you, I'm not finished yet, my left side is still thinner than I would like, but noone can notice it, I grew it back well but then I came off the good food routine and boy did I pay. But eat raw green veggies every day and I don't mean portions I mean BUNCHES, but you have to shift over gradually, meditate and do chelation and TRAIN, and I think you have a great shot as long as you are prepared to move OUT of the city.

In my view now living in a city is literally DEATH to someone with a health condition, and shortens life to someone who does not have one. Remember this you are literally made up of your environment.

All the best,
M

Hey Mastery,

Awesome post.

I noticed you cut out all cooked oil. Impressive. Did you ever cook with coconut oil?

Mastery,

Are you retired? How do you make a living on the top of a remote mountain somewhere, and afford all the supplements and time to do all the rest?
