I've looked at a lot of pictures of Don Gorske and watched videos too. I think his hair could be a wig at the front. Something about it just doesn't look right.

He said he promised his mother he wouldn't cut his hair. But then why did he cut the front bangs? Why wouldn't he just let it all grow long like the back of his hair and then just tie it up altogether?

Also, in some videos, the coloring at the front and top looks much different from the back. I've seen that in some people with real hair, but again I think Gorske's looks peculiar.

Nobody I know has a good diet and 99% have normal hair. You can be deadly sick and have normal hair!

i thought this thread was a joke. that is clearly a wig. no doubt about it, without even reading what we are talking about

The wig would be fixed strangely though. I think more of a cheating hair style, hiding a "wide forehead":
