The Imminst guys seem to love the multivitamin/mineral formula, but it's $1 a day for a tablet...

Wait, if you take the recommended dose of up to 6 a day it's $2 a day and a bottle lasts 30 days...

Just happy I can buy it via iherb now....there are no healthfood stores where I live that I could order from.

edit: Didn't answer your question....jdp implicated that AOR supps are best in terms of negative charge, other than that it's good quality -if it's worth the price I will soon know.

I am very interested in the AOR mag malate but I am a bit confused.

It says it has 100mg of magnesium (elemental) and 870mg Magnesium malate trihydrate. What does that mean, whats the difference?

I currently take 400-600mg of magnesium citrate per day but I realise this is an inferior form and from what I understand AOR is very high quality, could I use 1 cap of AOR malate per day?

I'd use it as described, 1 capsule daily and build up to 3....
