Re: Pollen allergics & Allergic rhinitis - What to do??
I have allergic rhinitis caused by a dust allergy. I am on a homeopathic treatment since 4 months ago and it seems to go well, but is too early to tell for sure. I will get another blood test in a couple of months to see for sure if the allergen values dropped. You should get yourself tested for allergens (it's easy and almost painful) and afterwards to start a treatment to "immunize" your body against the allergens. That would be the best in my opinion, but also the longest method.
The quickest is to take anti-histamine pills (chemicals like reactine, claritine or methionine as a "natural" supplement).
Here you can find some anti histamine natural methods or just google "histamine diet" for lots of other sites.
I am only talking from a pacient's experience, I don't have any medical knowledge so if someone else knows more about this I would also like to hear their opinions.
Thanks

I just found an interesting site for hay-fever/allergic rhinitis> Seems like vitamin B5 is really good for this kind of problems, my doctor didn't even tell me about it

Re: Pollen allergics & Allergic rhinitis - What to do??
If you suspect Candida, then yes it seems to be able to cause allergies and sneezing like this pretty commonly. It did to my friend and I sneeze a lot if I eat bad food it seems.
Re: Pollen allergics & Allergic rhinitis - What to do??
Do NOT listen to the Candida$$$ advice.
That's so irresponsible (not to mention other things).
To block the effect of allergies:
Quercetin 500 mg with bromelain 3 times a day on an empty stomach mixed with vitamin C (Sodium ascorbate or other form).
Add magnesium to the formula to agument its effect.
Also, you may also want to attack it at the source of the problem: your gut. B. BB536 and LGG has shown benefits in this regard. Vitamin A is critical. Most people don't know about this, so they only go for the "drug-like natural supplement" approach. I do both.
Sorry but the cure is @ the gut.

Thanks for that info. May I ask you something else, please?
What kind of probiotic are you taking for those strains?
Will this one: Jarro-Dophilus be ok?
And how much Vitamin A and C?
Thank you

Adding to this:
http://healthyfixx.com/19/defeating-allergies-naturally
http://journals.lww.com/co-tolaryngology/Abstract/2011/06000/Vitamin_D__immunomodulation_of_asthma,_allergic.17.aspx
In a nutshell, I believe it's a combination of gut health with proper symbiosis with adequate A and D, which serve more as hormones than actual vitamins.
Without enough animal sourced vitamin A (or for the vegans supplemental retinal palmitate), the mucosal tract cannot be fully defense against the microbes.

Dont just treat the symptoms of the allergies, get rid of them. I have posted this before. Find a doctor in your area that practices AAT and go see him. http://allergytx.com/
It got rid of my wife's cat allergy after 1 visit. She used to break out in an itchy rash wherever a cat would touch her- not anymore.
