Bee pollen vs. Brewers Yeast

Hello, I was wondering about the differences between brewers yeast and bee pollen and if either one of them has greater nutritional value in b-vitamins and minerals for daily intake?

The value of B-vitamins in Bee Pollen is hard to get by. I was thinking using Brewer's Yeast (for active form of VitaminsB) along with some cheap high dosage synthetic B-complex so it would work better and would also get B-12, effect would be similar if not better to expensive Thorne Research B-Complex. Any thoughts appreciated.

As I remember, Brewers yeast has the added benefit of minerals and chromium.

Not so uncommon gluten sensitivity is why Brewer's yeast should not be an option for some. Otherwise it's really great, minus the taste...

The idea of brewers yeast is a genius one in that it also includes Amino acids and minerals. However, the use of brewer's yeast is a different story for me. I have it on hand just dont like to use it because my body always says no to that bitter taste and the fact that it has gluten. I still am using tho :I

Any good ideas on how to cover up the taste and make it easy going down? I really don't do shakes or smoothies
