Hi, anybody knowledgable please help me with this:
1. Is it true that excess protein converts into sugar and/or fat?
2. I know there's a limit of protein we can absorb at once, like 30-40 grams, is there a similar limit to fat intake?
3. Can we get a higher absorbtion per serving of protein (and fat, depending on the above question) by adding a source of fiber?

I ask because, eating every two hours get's on my nerves, I plan on eating big portions less often instead :p
