..between consuming "the real deal" OR consuming the concentrated supplements?

My common sense (yes, I do have one..suprise!) tells me that the real deal is the best, as long as it is properly manufactured.
My common sense also tells me that it is not realistic to think that one could get enough amounts of the good stuff by just eating it from the real deal.
My common sense finally tells me that nid will tell me that I'm wrong.

cheers

I am unsure what the "Real Deal" is but concentrated food substances are things your body will easily recognize and know how to absorb.

You're not wrong but you answered your own post when you said that it's not realistic to expect real foods to have the nutrients that we need due to how they are produced (depleted soil lacks minerals that usually these veggies/fruits would have).
