Badminton & headache Empty Badminton & headache

Post  Misirlou Sun Nov 23, 2008 1:30 am

So I'm back from one hour of indoor badminton. I don't know if it's was due to bad air or me running like a crazy man, but now I have headache. I should also mention that I had plenty of sleep before the exercise, I did eat a decent breakfast and I didn't feel tired before we started. I've also eaten a lot of food after the badminton. What Im I lacking? Why do I feel this not-so-intense-but-still-apparent headache? I always get the same after indoor activity such as this one.

Misirlou - If this only occurs indoors, it may very well be a result of an allergy to whatever chemicals are present in the area.

Badminton gives headaches.
stated from a sweedish study in 2006.

Try curling, never gives headaches. it's directly death.

Or try IH's forum, it gives relaxation and humour after headaches...

Cheers !
