Steve Jobs Empty Steve Jobs

Thought I'd share this as an example:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/41118154/ns/business-us_business/?GT1=43001

To me this reiterates the importance of endocrine health! He's the classic example of what we're trying to avoid on these forums... premature aging, malnourished, almost frail looking. His hair is a classic example of bodily functioning.

The guy underwent a liver transplant. Dysfunctional pancreas. This brings to light everything. Sure you can say "coincidence" about his hair, but I strongly disagree.

Hoppi, CS, would you like to chime in here? I just thought this was a classic example.

p.s. notice the coffee cup he's holding? Yeah. I'm sure that's just what he needs at this point...

He was also a vegetarian, a fruitarian for a while and then a vegan for much of his adult life. And you're probably right, coffee may not help at this point.

This story is not accurate. I was in Cupertino a few weeks ago and Jobs is still vegan.

Fruitarian > fructose > hard on liver > .... hmm.

Maybe his body was built to run on meat this whole time and he never realized it.

So... who wants a steak!

I apologize if it appeared that I was reviving the Veg vs. Meat diet. What I should have added was that maybe this particular diet didn't fit his metabolic type. His ethnicity is Middle Eastern and European, so maybe the mixed diet or the Zone diet is better suited toward his metabolic type.

What could ethnicity possibly have to do with what kind of diet fits you?

I've heard of the blood type diet, maybe that's tied in?

post liver transplant and pancreatic cancer. a man who has probably, without peer, consulted with more doctors and health practitioners of high pedigree.

to say the least, not really a good example. lol

I found this speech by Jobs to be quite moving:
