I picked up some chlorella growth factor about a month ago. Powerful stuff, all you need is half a tsp. Im having a shed right now, im hoping its a good one. For the last year i havent noticed any hair in my hands or in the sink and now theres a lot. Ive added a few other things though like, raw milk, grass fed protein, moringa powder, raw yogurt, chlorella growth factor. I stopped the raw milk and yogurt a week ago to see what would happen and im still shedding.

How does one know if its a shed for the good or for the worse?
