Best supplement for liver

Wondering if there's a more effective supplement for your liver other than milk thistle?

I don't know if these are more effective per se, but N Acetylcysteine, lipoic acid, S-adenosylmethionine, trimethylglycine (betaine) might help.

All of these may have side effects, so I'd read up on them first.

beyond viruses, etc. I would focus on the metals copper/oxidized copper, mercury and lead.

2) Drastically reduce fructose
3) Alpha lipoic acid

In my opinion and experience, bitters like Chinese bitters work good to detox liver.
