Yes i know it wont stop MPB, but it might help.
Which one is better?

This one worries me that it has too much PABA inside ( i really dunno, maybe its fine)

other than the price, your thoughts?

another option...looks pretty solid but the tablets are huge and u have to take two

Also, is it ok to take them just before bed?

I take a whole-foods multi-vitamin. http://www.amazon.com/Mercola-Whole-Foods-MultiVitamin/dp/B001GFKCNS

I swear that my daily loss has been noticeably decreased in the last 2 weeks since starting it. Maybe the extra vitamin D, I wasn't taking, the antioxidant blend with green tea and others or just the right balance of easily absorbed nutrients. In addition, this vitamin is the most GI(stomach) friendly multi I have ever taken as well. Awesome multi and a nice surprise for me.

Aboveall, I would go with a whole-foods multivitamin over any synthetic.

Thanks for the reply
Isnt 10,000IU dosage for vitamin A kind of high?
I heard too much vitamin A causes hair loss

Otherwise it looks pretty good, kind of expensive though

I think D and A antagonize each other so instead of 5000mg of vitamin A and 1000mg of vitamin D, he doubles it. Maybe that's the reasoning. And it may actually be the extra A that's helping me.....glad you mentioned that.
