About 5 or so weeks ago, I noticed that a couple of terminal hairs popped up inside my vellous hairline. They seemed to grow to about a half centimeter or so and then fall out.

I'm not sure what to make of this, because the hairs did not appear at the edge of my terminal hairline but rather a half inch or so forward of it, inside the vellous hairline. Havent gotten serious with the key supplements yet, so i'm kinda clueless as to what caused it. Here are the only things i've been doing consistenly in the last 6 or so months:

-drinking acv daily
-reducing carb intake somewhat
-cut back significantly on whey protein
-500mg to 2000mg of vitamin c ester everyday
-400mg magnesium everyday
-200mcg selenium every other day
-drinking san pelligrino mineral water regularly

I had planned on adding the top 6 but I cant currently afford it. I was also planning on adding iodine when I do a little more research on it. Anyways, I would not have really thought that any of those supps that ive been consistent with would spark any kind of regrowth, was mainly doing them for their other health benefits. Not that excited about it, as it was nothing cosmetically significant, seemed worth sharing though.

so in 6 months, your hair hasn't got any worse? that's the main thing. 6 months ago, my hair was amazing compared to what it is now. 6 months from now, it will be shit compared to what it is now. unless something begins to work haha.

Oh yah, thats what I forgot to mention. It's still slowly receding, overall it probably was somewhat better 6 months ago.
