CS. I am looking to re order some minerals. Magnesium and Potassium. Is it fair to say that the orotate form of each is the best option? Are there other forms that give additional benefits that orotate doesnt?

Fibonacci - Orotate forms have some interesting advantages. I will be writing some information about these benefits in the near future, mainly because Nidhogge and will soon have a product that contains these two minerals in orotate form, along with some other ingredients.

The primary benefit is that it gets inside the cell, and orotic acid is a very effective mineral transporter. Mag Orotate is the only form of magnesium that can "scrub" away plaque. It is also very effective for myocardial problems.

Great thanks. Have you managed to have a look at www.trx2.com yet? Potassium, Lcarnitine, Niacin, BCAA plus I suspect ALA/ALC......guy from Oxford Uni ha developed it....would be interested in your comments
