Knees popping Empty Knees popping

Post  thissucks Mon Nov 08, 2010 3:45 am

Not sure if this is related to hair loss, but every time I stand up, walk, twist, etc. my knees pop loudly. There's no pain but it's very annoying and obvious that something is awry. I don't recall exactly when this started happening but it's been within the last year, my body used to be MUCH quieter and snaps/pops were rare back then. I'm only 27.

Has anybody had experience/success treating this?

I had this for a few years in my early 30`s , taking 2 or 3 grams fish oil daily improved it a lot within weeks, and, within 6 months it was gone, incl cracking neck and other issues such as dry skin in winter .
