Be crap one day (yesterday) and great the next day (today) !!?

How I wish I could pinpoint the cause(s), and make it stay GREAT EVERYDAY!!

Well, apperantly it can... I was wondering the same thing, one day it seems great and the other day it seems weaker. Or, for a couple of days no shedding and then it sheds alot. There are alot of factors effecting the hair it seems that it is very hard to keep track.

Currently I've started with IH's regimen(fibroboost,COD liver oil, hmr lignans + vitamin c and Zinc) and I am using aubrey organics shampoo(haven't mixed it up with dmso and lithium yet because I couldn't find lithium). Its been like 2 weeks so I can't tell for sure but I can definitely say I kinda feel better, although that can be related to my sleep, because I started waking up and going to bed earlier.

I'll see how it turns out. I was using revivogen shampoo and shenmin before I started with the new stuff and there seems a slight increase in the shedding nowadays, maybe it is related to the change in my routine, but like I said, I'll see how it turns out.

Yeah, it's difficult sometimes to figure out what affects hair growth and appearance, but I've isolated a couple of factors I can rely on.

-Proper sleep
-Intake of sugar
-Exercise

My hair always looks better during the weekend when I'm getting all the sleep I need. When I eat too much sugar my hair tends to feel drier, the thinning feels more diffuse and hair strength is down. When I eat more vegetables and have a cleaner diet--I include some meat in my eating plan--my hair feels better.

Exercise provides endorphins which certainly improves my perception of my appearance, but I also feel that it increases circulation which helps my hair.

I also think being active socially and trying to enjoy yourself helps your overall health. Being overly introspective, staying home a lot, or cultivating a state of anxiety is bad for your appearance. That's just my opinion, but I always feel better after a night out with friends--not drinking and partying--but just GETTING OUT THERE.

Everyone is different, but eating meat doesn't seem to affect my hair loss...eating starches and refined sugars does.

ganny - For me personally, if I eat noodles or anything with wheat or grains, then my scalp is inflamed that night and the next morning.
