I get the gluten-induced itchy scalp even from a couple of beers .. Geez, that sucks, I guess I have
to bring my own bottles of redwine into the friday bar.

I also have had Red Bridge and it tastes petty good, but I have heard from CS that it is highly carcinogenic and basically bad for your hair. It,s the hops in the beer, not just the gluten. I don,t believe I am gluten intolerant, but I do miss a good beer.

I reserve beer for very special ocasions..when I am in Germany once a year and when I meet my friends in Pennsylvania. Other than that I have been holistically sticking to Red wine & Apple cider. This change is definitely evident in my physique and my hair.
