Acne In Forehead after starting iodine and leaving coffe

Hi all, after yeart of taking to many coffes dayly i decided to stop taking coffe... about 2 months i left coffe and started with iodine too.... i have been a bit wourried about the acne i got after this changes to much acne in forehead short pimples mostly but forehead full of them... i am not sure if it is a reaction to iodine or to left the coffe it was to many years taking it... is this bad?? should i be wourried about my hair with the acne showing up?? should i stop iodine? hope someone can help.. thx

p.s my regime includes Brewer's Yeast so dont tell me to start taking it :p

I believe the acne is attributed to the bromide being removed from your system. I think you just keep using the iodine and it will clear up if needed, if you need it, do some salt loading to help out with getting rid of the bromide.

These symptoms are typically attributed to bromide being kicked back into circulation by iodide.
