Reaction to bites and hair loss?

Mosquitoes love me, but the interesting thing is the size of bits I get, my body reacts very strongly to the bites that bit areas inflame and the bump on my skin is an inch or more in diameter.

Anybody knows why such a strong reaction?
Anybody else here experiences this reaction to bites? I wonder if there's a link to hair and this reaction to bites!

I get bitten often with very little reaction. I recently got stung by a bee, I have been stun before however, "pre hair loss" I got minor reaction. My most recent bee sting on my ankle caused my foot to swell up massively and prevented me from walking without pain for almost 2 weeks, without lots of pain killers it was impossible to walk on.

Interesting. That makes 3 of us now.

I am the opposite of you guys; I very rarely get bitten even when others around me get chewed up. As far as my reaction to getting bitten it usually isn't unusually pronounced but more of a "normal" reaction. I read a couple years back that it is some type of ingredient or scent that is secreted by your skin that bugs are attracted to and that some people produce more than others. As far as a reaction goes i believe it may have to do with your histamine levels? I add the question mark cause I am unsure of this. I myself believe I have high histamine levels (Histadelia) for reasons unrelated to bite reactions...
