Any candy or cookies that are OK?
What candy/cookies are the least unhealthy? I tried eating 85% pure chocolate but it gives me a rapid heart beat and a restless feeling. My diet is very healthy but a couple of times a week i just have to eat something sweet. Any suggestions?

Try using raw cocao (even though it's high in oxolates) and 24 hour soaked buckwheat (to remove some of the phytates) to make some cookies, you can probably use some xylitol to sweeten it. Have you tried brewers yeast when the sugar craving hits? I usually take between 10 - 15 and I don't feel the urge for sweets at all for the rest of the day.
