What is the best for MPB ?

They both work on DHT in different ways, I would opt for both really in a more systemic effort.

Has it been proven that they in fact inhibit DHT? That is one of the statements I often come across when natural DHT inhibitors are being "attacked".

Saw Palmetto doesn't work as well as say, Beta-Sit, but it's been shown to inhibit 5ar a little bit. Maca on the other hand I have been developing some interesting thoughts about, as maca is very beneficial in bone growth and stabilization, improves IGF-1, indirectly seems to influence SHBG, and therefore would affect T conversion. Is all of that true? time will tell.
