I just pulled a few ticks of my body today and I live in an area with a high rate of lyme disease. I'm going to wait a week and get tested at the doctors, but is there anything nutritionally, thru food or supplements, that I can do to lessen the chance of infection? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice, I'll go pick that up tomorrow first thing. Intuitively, I would think iodine might also be beneficial. Any truth to that?

MilBA - The best type of silver for Lyme is Mesosilver (not silver hydrosol).

For proper testing go here: http://www.spirostattech.com/

Collodial silver is better. Wouldn't rely on Iodine to "prevent" lyme but seen it as a treatment option. CS's recommendation is best but time is of the essence to prevent huge problems.
