Best source for Ionic Minerals
After reading the article Prague shared in the other thread#, it's apparent that not all minerals are equal, and unless they're from a quality source it could be an effort in futility, not to mention a huge waste of money.
I'd like to get a discussion going about the various sources some have used, and what makes them a cut above the others.
We've heard about labcatal & mineral life, but does anyone with biochem or other relevant experience know for a fact that these are quality sources and not just good marketers?
CS or other old school guys I'd love to hear your opinions on what sources you would recommend.

TK's had success using the ones he purchased from quench.ca, so I placed an order from them today.

Re: Best source for Ionic Minerals
Hey Trace, I would start with a sea-based multimineral ionic liquid first, if you go to your local health food store you should be able to ask for a multi mineral water, make sure it's colloidal / trace minerals. Start with this, and then work up. Keep reading up on the Mn-Cu-Co thread for further understanding into which minerals are right. I'll add another piece of useful info right now actually, check it out.
