Things to grow in the garden
What should I grow in my agriculture/garden? I'm mainly looking for veggies, but also fruits/berries. This is what I think about so far:
* Parsley
* Tomato
* Potato
* Currant
I'm planning to follow the Warrior Diet - anything particular I should grow then?
Please come with suggestions!!!

What a great, great topic Miserlou!
You know in certain areas there are businesses that go to your garden and till and mineralize your gardens + plant for you, so that you get all of the benefit of giving local farmers business and having your own gardens + fresh food that you know what it is grown with?
I personally recommend Turnip, and Cabbage! Relatively easy to grow, as they can be grown in foggy ol' Newfoundland with no trouble, and contain lots of good vitamins.

I agree. What a great topic!
Cruciferous vegetables would be my first choice! Especially kale.

We had this great old Asian man who moved to Newfoundland to start a business growing really high quality Sea Vegetables and whatnot, man, that was the best Kombu I've ever had. Local is usually always the best choice, for so many reasons isn't it?

Defiantly, you gatta support the little guys, and boycott the big-bullies (Walmart)! Plus the local vegetation might not have pesticides or anything like that.

Agreed, imagine having complete control over your crops! ahhh, it sounds soooo good. All the minerals you want, no pesticides, etc.

Just grow a garden. Can you imagine what the world would be like if every house had a garden and every tree you saw was a fruit tree!

What about pea (great source of magnesium), garlic and onion (superfoods), carrot,... ?
There is a big garden behind our house and during the summer is my diet (very similar to WD) much easier. If you deceide to grow a garden, you won't spare a money, I'd say quite opposite, but you gonna do a lot for your heatlh and laso hair.
